Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vour platform ("Platform"), available at todevour.comand through the Vour mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any future modifications to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Vour. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Rules

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews, XP, or leaderboard rankings is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

4. Platform Interfaces

Vour provides two distinct interfaces within the Platform:

  • Diner Interface— For individuals who discover dishes, place orders, leave reviews, and participate in the Vour gamification system.
  • Merchant Interface— For food establishments that list their dishes, manage orders, and operate their business on the Platform.

Users may operate as both a Diner and a Merchant, but each role is subject to the obligations described below.

5. Merchant Obligations

As a Merchant on Vour, you agree to the following:

  • Real Photos Only— All dish photos must be authentic photographs of the actual food you serve. Stock photos, AI-generated images, or photos of food from other establishments are strictly prohibited.
  • Accurate Prices— Listed prices must reflect the actual price the diner will pay. Hidden fees, inflated prices, or deceptive pricing practices are not allowed.
  • Real Descriptions— Dish descriptions, ingredient lists, and allergen information must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresenting the contents of a dish is a serious violation that may result in account termination.
  • Order Fulfillment— You must honor all confirmed orders and provide food that matches the quality and description listed on the Platform.
Vour reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any Merchant account that violates these authenticity requirements without prior notice.

6. Diner Obligations

As a Diner on Vour, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information for orders.
  • Complete payment for all orders you place. Repeated order cancellations may result in account restrictions.
  • Treat Merchants and their staff with respect in all communications and reviews.
  • Report any food safety concerns or order issues through the Platform's designated channels.

7. Content Policy

All user-generated content on Vour, including reviews, ratings, and photos, must be genuine and based on real experiences. The following are prohibited:

  • Fake reviews— Posting reviews for dishes you have not ordered or consumed.
  • Paid or incentivized reviews — Accepting compensation in exchange for favorable or unfavorable reviews.
  • Review manipulation— Coordinating with others to artificially inflate or deflate ratings.
  • Abusive content— Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any content that violates applicable law.

Vour reserves the right to remove content that violates this policy and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

8. XP and Gamification

Vour features an experience point (XP) and gamification system designed to reward genuine engagement with the Platform. All XP calculations, leaderboard rankings, and achievement awards are computed server-side and cannot be influenced by client-side manipulation.

  • XP is earned through legitimate actions such as placing orders, leaving reviews, and discovering new dishes.
  • Any attempt to manipulate XP totals, exploit bugs, or game the system will result in XP reset and potential account suspension.
  • Vour reserves the right to adjust XP balances, modify earning rates, or reset leaderboards at any time.
  • XP has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

9. Payment Terms

All transactions on Vour are denominated in Saudi Riyal (SAR).

  • Diner Payments— Order payments are processed through an external payment portal. Vour does not store your payment card details.
  • Merchant Payouts— Merchant earnings are disbursed via bank transfer to the account provided during onboarding. Payout schedules and any applicable fees are communicated within the Merchant dashboard.

Refund and dispute policies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact legal@todevour.com for payment disputes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Vour name, logo, design, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Vour. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written consent. Content you post on Vour (reviews, photos) remains yours, but you grant Vour a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform's services.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Vour, you consent to the data practices described therein.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Vour acts as a marketplace connecting Diners with Merchants and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food prepared by Merchants. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to Vour in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Modifications to Terms

Vour reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
